Oni
Oni's first book of poetry "Ghettostocracy" is due later on this year. She is currently working on a trilogy of animation poems, and is Ottawa's Step up Slam poetry series first Slam poetry champion. She made her poetic directorial debut with Scribes of the Millennium, which was the National Arts Centre’s Fourth Stage’s first bilingual poetry show. She has produced two installments of the series, and her name continues to be synonymous with spoken word poetry in Ottawa. She self-published her first poetry chapbook, Lyrically Imbalanced.
